The seller does not guarantee the permanent availability of spare parts.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Prices &amp; terms of payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>All prices are net prices plus the applicable value added tax.<\/p><p>Payment shall be made by bank transfer or another payment method offered within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.<\/p><p>For buyers outside Germany within the EU, the reverse charge procedure applies. The invoice is issued net, the buyer is responsible for the correct taxation in his country.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Delivery &amp; transfer of risk<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Deliveries are made within Germany and to other EU countries.<\/p><p>The delivery time is usually 3 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.<\/p><p>The delivery times stated in the order confirmation apply to pre-orders.<\/p><p>The transfer of risk takes place upon handover to the shipping service provider in accordance with \u00a7 447 BGB. Transport insurance can be taken out on request.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Warranty &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The statutory warranty period is 24 months from delivery, unless stricter statutory regulations apply in the buyer's country.<\/p><p>The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or force majeure.<\/p><p>Any liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits or loss of use, is excluded.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Online access &amp; rights of use<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>With the purchase of the X-Crate, the buyer receives access to the digital game site for two years.<\/p><p>If no written cancellation is sent by e-mail to info@x-crate.com at least three months before expiry, access is automatically extended for a further year.<\/p><p>The current prices for an extension are available on the website or on request.<\/p><p>All digital content remains the property of the seller and may not be copied, saved or passed on.<\/p><p>Intellectual property &amp; property rights: The digital content and games of X-Crate are protected by copyright. Any form of imitation, duplication or unauthorised distribution is prohibited.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Right of cancellation &amp; return (B2B regulation)<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>There is no right of cancellation in accordance with \u00a7 312g BGB, as this is a B2B transaction.<\/p><p>Returns are only possible in the case of proven defects or by individual agreement.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Dispute resolution &amp; place of jurisdiction<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>German law shall apply. If mandatory statutory regulations apply in the buyer's country, these may apply in addition.<\/p><p>The place of jurisdiction for buyers based in Germany is Aschaffenburg.<\/p><p>For international disputes, the European online dispute resolution platform can be used (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>).<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Changes to the GTC<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The buyer will be notified of changes to the GTC in good time.
